It controls all of sub-modules. System capacity
This system can provide a maximum of  4 DECT modules and 6 CO/RD modules but the total maximum number of module for this system is 6 modules.   Each DECT module can provide 60 U interface as 15 DIC interface cards. Therefore, each DIC interface card has 4 U interfaces.   Each CO/RD module can provide 120 CO Trunks as 30 CO Trunk Cards. Therefore, each CO Trunk card has 4 CO Trunk.   The maximum capacity for U interface is 240 U.   The maximum capacity for CO Trunk is 720 line as 720 Handsets.

Avanti Companion 3400 cordless phone
The cordless handset has 300-meter outdoor range from the base station and 50 meters indoors. The Avanti Companion 3400 cordless phone can roam from one base station to the other base station in the same system and from one system to another system in network configuration. One system can support up to 32 base stations and up to 500 cordless handsets. The Avanti Companion 3400 cordless phone fully supports all the functions of the Avanti stations family such as text messaging, caller ID, and multi-lingual menus. It also supports remote download. The Avanti Companion 3400 has 90 hours standby time with up to 10 hours talk time.
