Rockwell
Rockwell were developing a 2 chip DECT solution similar to their PHS offering, but are reported by one of our DECTweb members to have since discontinued this in favour of development of spread spectrum devices instead.  Certainly DECT seems to have disappeared from the wireless part of their company website.

Texas Instruments
Texas Instruments supply a set of devices designed to facilitate a DECT RF solution:
TRF1012 transceiver - double down conversion superhet receiver, with an image reject mixer (to eliminate the need for expensive filters).  It has an integrated demodulator, with outputs compatible with most baseband chips.  The transmit chain comprises a single sideband up converter (again eliminating expensive filters) and provides 0dBm output.   RF VCO's and LNA functions are included on chip, although an external LNA can be used in applications requiring higher sensitivity.   Power down mode.  3V operation
TRF2052 synthesiser - a dual-channel low power phase locked loop designed to operate alongside the 1012.  3-wire programming.  A speed-up mode allows fast lock times for non-blindslot hopping using the RF and IF VCOs of the TRF1012.  Power down mode.    3V operation
TRF8012 RF PA - sampling 1Q99, based on RFMOS technology, this PA provides a selectable output of +26 or +27.5 dBm.   3.6V supply.

The TI solution is designed for a range of applications - WLL, PABX - providing fast hopping (no blind slots)and the global enhanced DECT frequency band - up to 1930 MHz.   Evaluation boards are available from TI, to TBR6, including documentation and software.
